Faça parte de uma das grandes empresas do agronegócio! Buscamos um Coordenador Contábil para liderar as rotinas contábeis e fiscais, garantindo qualidade, conformidade e cumprimento dos prazos. Uma oportunidade para atuar de forma estratégica e contribuir diretamente para as decisões do negócio.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar a equipe de contabilidade (analistas e assistentes contábeis), distribuindo tarefas e revisando lançamentos;
  • Supervisionar o processo de encerramento contábil mensal, trimestral e anual (fechamento de balanço);
  • Garantir a conformidade com as normas contábeis (CPC/IFRS) e legislação fiscal e tributária;
  • Revisar e validar as obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, ECD, ECF, DCTF, entre outras);
  • Conduzir a conciliação de contas contábeis e a análise de balancetes;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo documentação e esclarecimentos;
  • Elaborar e revisar demonstrações financeiras (Balanço Patrimonial, DRE, DFC, DMPL);
  • Propor e implementar melhorias de processos e controles internos contábeis;
  • Interagir com áreas correlatas (financeiro, fiscal, controladoria, jurídico) e com órgãos externos (auditores, contadores terceirizados, fisco).

Requisitos:

  • Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, com registro ativo no CRC;
  • Experiência em contabilidade, incluindo atuação em posição de coordenação ou liderança de equipe.
  • Visão analítica e atenção a detalhes;
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos prazos;
  • Comunicação clara com áreas técnicas e não técnicas;
  • Proatividade na identificação de riscos e oportunidades de melhoria;

Conhecimentos em:

  • Legislação contábil e fiscal brasileira (CPC, IFRS, Lei das S.A.).
  • Escrituração contábil e fiscal digital (SPED em suas diversas vertentes).
  • Elaboração de demonstrações financeiras e notas explicativas.
  • Consolidação contábil (normas CPC 18/19/36 para participações societárias, quando aplicável).
  • Sistemas ERP contábeis (SAP) e Excel avançado.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Controladoria, Auditoria ou Gestão Tributária;
  • Experiência prévia em empresas de médio/grande porte ou em auditoria externa é um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI/Power Pivot para análises gerenciais

Local de trabalho: Cristo Rei - Curitiba/PR

Horário de Trabalho: Seg à Sex -08h00 às 18h00.
