Estamos em busca de um Especialista de Riscos de Mercado para fortalecer nosso time! Se você possui um perfil analítico, visão estratégica e deseja atuar em um ambiente dinâmico focado na gestão de riscos e suporte à tomada de decisão, essa oportunidade é para você

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar e analisar relatórios gerenciais de resultados para suporte à tomada de decisão da Diretoria;
  • Desenvolver, monitorar e aprimorar indicadores de risco de mercado voltados ao agronegócio;
  • Realizar análises de rentabilidade, margem, exposição financeira e performance dos negócios;
  • Acompanhar posições de commodities, câmbio e instrumentos de hedge, avaliando impactos sobre o resultado da companhia;
  • Elaborar estudos de cenários, projeções financeiras (forecast) e análises de sensibilidade;
  • Consolidar informações das áreas Comercial, Financeira, Controladoria e Operações para geração de relatórios executivos;
  • Desenvolver e manter dashboards gerenciais em Excel, Power BI e demais ferramentas corporativas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos, controles internos e gestão de riscos;
  • Garantir a qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das informações reportadas à alta gestão;
  • Participar de projetos estratégicos relacionados à gestão financeira, governança e mitigação de riscos.
  • Monitorar posições físicas e financeiras de commodities, identificando exposições, descasamentos e necessidades de hedge

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida em análise financeira, controladoria, gestão de riscos ou inteligência de mercado;
  • Domínio avançado de Excel, Power Query e Power BI;
  • Sólido conhecimento em modelagem financeira, orçamento e análise de resultados;
  • Conhecimento em operações com commodities, derivativos, hedge e gestão de exposição cambial;
  • Excelente capacidade analítica e habilidade para transformar dados em informações estratégicas;
  • Boa comunicação e segurança para interação com diferentes níveis de gestão.
  • Perfil proativo, organizado, com visão sistêmica e foco em resultados.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Mercado de Capitais, Gestão de Riscos ou áreas afins;
  • Inglês nível intermediário.
  • Conhecimento em SAP (será um diferencial)
