Sipp Sipp Vinbar är Sundsvalls första renodlade vinbar. Vi har ett stort fokus på kvalitet och serverar många viner på glas, enkla snacks och en avslappnad stämning med medelhavskänsla. Nu söker vi en vinkunnig kollega som vill vara med och driva baren framåt. Det här är en bred roll! Du står i baren, serverar och pratar vin med gästerna. Du hjälper dem att hitta något de gillar och ser till att kvällen flyter. Du tar också hand om det som hör till den dagliga driften: tar emot leveranser, hjälper till att hålla lokalen prydlig, sköter disk och håller koll på lagret och preppar snacks inför öppning. Du kommer även att få hålla i provningar och event. Vi har öppet onsdag–lördag kl. 16–23. Tjänsten omfattar 80 % och arbetstiden är främst förlagd till dessa dagar. Provningar och event kan även hållas på andra dagar. Om dig Du har gedigen kunskap om vin, alltså om druvor, regioner och producenter, och du är nyfiken på att lära dig mer. Du har jobbat minst två år i restaurang eller bar och trivs när det är fullt i lokalen. Du gillar att prata med gäster och kan förklara vin så att det blir lättillgängligt, utan att det blir krångligt eller högtidligt. Du tar eget ansvar, ser vad som behöver göras och gör det. Har du sommelierutbildning, WSET eller liknande är det meriterande.
