The posting

Nell’ambito dello sviluppo delle nostre attività in Italia, SIREOS SRL ricerca un/una O&M Specialist per seguire la gestione e la manutenzione di un portafoglio di impianti fotovoltaici in un’area geografica definita.

Sarai il punto di riferimento per i clienti, monitorerai le prestazioni degli impianti e coordinerai le attività dei tecnici e dei fornitori. Il tuo obiettivo sarà garantire il corretto funzionamento delle centrali e il rispetto degli impegni contrattuali, dalla pianificazione degli interventi fino alla rendicontazione.

Le sue principali attività saranno:

Gestione degli impianti e relazione con i clienti

  • Monitorare quotidianamente il funzionamento e la produzione degli impianti fotovoltaici;
  • Coordinare la presa in carico amministrativa e operativa dei nuovi impianti;
  • Seguire gli indicatori di performance e redigere i report periodici per i clienti;
  • Essere il punto di riferimento dei clienti per le attività di gestione e manutenzione;
  • Gestire gli accessi agli impianti e coordinare le attività dei soggetti esterni.

Pianificazione e coordinamento della manutenzione

  • Pianificare e seguire gli interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva;
  • Organizzare le attività dei tecnici e dei fornitori, monitorandone l’avanzamento tramite il software gestionale della manutenzione;
  • Verificare i rapporti di intervento e assicurare il corretto aggiornamento della documentazione;
  • Coordinare le prestazioni ricorrenti e gestire le scorte e i materiali necessari agli interventi;
  • Partecipare al servizio di reperibilità secondo l’organizzazione del team.

Monitoraggio contrattuale ed economico

  • Verificare la corretta applicazione dei contratti di gestione e manutenzione;
  • Predisporre preventivi per contratti e interventi e seguirne la fatturazione;
  • Monitorare i risultati economici degli impianti assegnati;
  • Contribuire alla gestione dei reclami e dei sinistri.

Sicurezza e supporto ai team

  • Coordinare le risorse tecniche in base alle attività programmate e alle priorità operative;
  • Contribuire all’inserimento dei nuovi collaboratori e seguire le esigenze di formazione, abilitazioni e attrezzature;
  • Vigilare sulla qualità e sulla sicurezza degli interventi, nonché sul rispetto delle procedure e delle prescrizioni ambientali;
  • Raccogliere i riscontri dal campo e contribuire al miglioramento delle procedure operative.

Il ruolo prevede reperibilità

Il tuo profilo

Hai conseguito una laurea magistrale in ingegneria, energia, ingegneria elettrica, elettrotecnica o settore affine, e hai maturato una prima esperienza nell'esercizio e nella manutenzione di impianti fotovoltaici o di impianti energetici.

Sai analizzare i dati di produzione, coordinare i vari operatori, gestire gli interventi di manutenzione e garantire il monitoraggio tecnico e contrattuale di più impianti.

Hai idealmente una prima esperienza nella gestione di team tecnici, o la voglia di crescere in questo ambito.

Sei una persona organizzata, reattiva e a tuo agio nella relazione con il cliente, e presti particolare attenzione alla sicurezza e alla qualità dei servizi.
