All’interno del team Operations Italia, sei l’interlocutore privilegiato del cliente e il garante del buon andamento dei progetti, dalla preparazione dell’offerta fino alla loro realizzazione. Coordini i team tecnici e di cantiere e vigili sul rispetto degli impegni, dei budget, delle tempistiche e dei requisiti di qualità e sicurezza.

Le tue principali attività :

🤝 Sviluppare la relazione con il cliente

  • Costruire e mantenere relazioni di fiducia con clienti, potenziali clienti e partner.
  • Comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e proporre soluzioni adeguate.
  • Coordinare con i team di ingegneria le analisi dei costi e la preparazione di offerte commerciali competitive.
  • Presentare le offerte, contribuire alle negoziazioni e accompagnare il cliente fino alla firma del contratto.
  • Mantenere una comunicazione regolare con il cliente per tutta la durata del progetto.

🏗️ Guidare la realizzazione dei progetti

  • Coordinare i team di ingegneria, i team di cantiere e le funzioni di supporto per garantire la buona riuscita dei progetti.
  • Monitorare l’avanzamento delle attività, informare il cliente e anticipare rischi o punti di blocco.
  • Supervisionare gli aspetti tecnici, logistici, amministrativi e finanziari dei progetti.
  • Vigilare sul rispetto dei cronoprogrammi, dei budget, delle richieste del cliente e delle procedure interne.
  • Supportare i team operativi nella risoluzione delle difficoltà incontrate sui progetti.
  • Contribuire al miglioramento dei metodi e dei processi per rafforzare l’efficienza operativa.

💰Gestire gli acquisti e il monitoraggio finanziario

  • Consultare e negoziare con fornitori e subappaltatori.
  • Anticipare i fabbisogni e garantire la disponibilità delle risorse necessarie ai progetti.
  • Monitorare budget, spese e previsioni finanziarie, segnalando eventuali scostamenti.
  • Garantire il monitoraggio amministrativo delle commesse, in particolare fatturazione e pagamenti.
  • Vigilare sul rispetto degli impegni contrattuali e sulla qualità dei report.

🦺 Integrare i requisiti di qualità, sicurezza e ambiente

  • Garantire che i requisiti HSE siano presi in considerazione durante tutto il ciclo dei progetti.
  • Contribuire alla preparazione e al monitoraggio dei documenti di qualità e sicurezza dei cantieri.
  • Partecipare all’identificazione e alla valutazione dei rischi, nonché al monitoraggio delle azioni correttive e preventive.
  • Contribuire agli audit e al rispetto degli obblighi normativi e delle procedure interne.

👤 Il profilo ricercato

  • Hai una laurea magistrale in ingegneria, idealmente con specializzazione in elettrotecnica, costruzioni o energia.
  • Hai una prima esperienza nella gestione di progetti o commesse; un’esperienza nel fotovoltaico o nelle energie rinnovabili sarebbe un plus.
  • Hai il senso della relazione con il cliente e sai coordinare più interlocutori.
  • Ti senti a tuo agio con la negoziazione e il controllo del budget.
  • Sei organizzato, rigoroso, proattivo e orientato alle soluzioni.
  • Apprezzi il lavoro di squadra e sai seguire i progetti nel lungo periodo.
