How you’ll make an impact:

As a Staff Product Manager within the Podcast Platform organization, you will lead the development of products and capabilities that help creators, partners, and internal teams make better decisions through data, automation, and operational excellence. Working across the Simplecast and AdsWizz ecosystem, you will define the roadmap for creator analytics, experimentation frameworks, platform intelligence, and operational insights that improve publishing, distribution, monetization, and audience growth across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon, and emerging podcast platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product management, analytics, creator workflows, and platform strategy. You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, Analytics, Design, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define scalable solutions, and deliver products that make creators and internal teams more effective.

What you'll do:

  • Product Strategy

- Own the roadmap for Podcast Intelligence capabilities across the creator platform.

- Define products that enable creators and internal teams to better understand audience growth, content performance, publishing health, monetization, and distribution effectiveness.

- Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows through automation and actionable insights.

- Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable product investments.

  • Analytics & Intelligence

- Define next-generation analytics that move beyond reporting into recommendations and decision support.

- Partner with Product Analytics to identify new signals, metrics, and KPIs that improve creator decision making.

- Build experimentation capabilities that allow teams to validate product ideas and measure customer outcomes.

- Drive adoption of operational dashboards that improve platform health and execution.

  • Platform Optimization

- Develop products that improve publishing reliability, distribution quality, metadata quality, content health, and creator efficiency.

- Analyze product performance data, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.

- Define systems that proactively surface issues before they impact creators.

- Identify opportunities to automate operational processes and reduce manual intervention.

- Partner with engineering teams to improve observability across podcast publishing and distribution.

  • Cross-functional Leadership

- Translate complex technical concepts into customer and business value.

- Partner with Engineering on solution design without prescribing implementation.

- Work closely with Partnership teams to understand evolving platform capabilities across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon, and other ecosystem partners.

- Align stakeholders around measurable outcomes rather than feature delivery.

  • Execution

- Write clear, thoughtful product requirements grounded in customer problems and measurable outcomes.

- Define KPIs that measure adoption, operational efficiency, creator success, and platform reliability.

- Prioritize work based on customer impact, business value, and engineering effort.

- Deliver products with a strong bias toward execution and continuous iteration.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field
  • 7+ years of expert-level product management experience with a strong focus on advertising technology, data products, programmatic platforms or Podcast intelligence and with a track record of driving company-critical outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping data-informed B2B SaaS or platform products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, KPIs, experimentation strategies, and product measurement.
  • Comfortable working directly with data to investigate problems and validate hypotheses.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Design throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical systems into intuitive customer experiences.
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to produce high-quality product requirements.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and independently driving initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering products on time with strong execution discipline.
  • Curious, pragmatic, and willing to dive into details when necessary rather than relying on others to provide answers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business organizations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
