  • Du motivierst, entwickelst, trainierst und coachst Deine Sales Manager durch regelmäßige Mitarbeitergespräche und Zielvereinbarungen
  • Verhandle Mietverträge und treibe die Neukundengewinnung für unser Business Center voran –
  • Deine Fähigkeiten und Engagement sind der Schlüssel zu unserem Erfolg.
  • Planung, Steuerung und Controlling des Vermietungsgeschäftes mehrerer Sirius Business Parks sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Vertriebs- und Marketingstruktur
  • Budget-, Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung – Du kümmerst Dich um die Erreichung der KPIs Deines Teams
  • Du unterstützt Deine Sales Manager in Verhandlungen mit Großmietern und beim Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
  • Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes und aktueller Trends sowie Networking
  • Vertriebsadministration, Reporting und Pflege der internen CRM-Datenbank
  • Du berichtest an den Senior Regional Sales Manager
