Deine Aufgaben

  • Zuständig für einen unserer Businessparks
  • Betreuung der Mieter vor Ort
  • Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Mieterangelegenheiten
  • Übergabe und Rücknahme von Mietflächen
  • Koordinierung der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung, Wartung und technische Optimierung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Facility Management Dienstleister
  • Projektsteuerung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Projektentwicklung (Development Team), der Bauabteilung und des Betriebskostenteams
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Mieterkorrespondenz sowie Organisation sämtlicher objektrelevanter Unterlagen
  • Prüfen von eingehenden Rechnungen
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Konferenzkunden vor Ort

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung; idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau)
  • Projekterfahrung/ Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von technischen Dienstleistern
  • Professionelle Umgangsformen und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Einstellung, Freude im Umgang mit Kunden, Flexibilität
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
