Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Mieter vor Ort - Du bist Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Mieterangelegenheiten
  • Aktive Vermietung der leerstehenden Gewerbeflächen auf Deinem Business Park
  • Durchführen von Objektbesichtigungen mit Interessenten
  • Neukundenakquise an den Standorten und strategische Vermarktungskonzeption mit Umsetzung
  • Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen sowie Verhandeln von Mietverträgen sowie Mietvertragserneuerungen für Bestandsmieter
  • Steuerung etwaiger Mieterausbauwünsche inkl. Invest- und Mietkalkulationen
  • Vertriebsadministration, Reporting und Pflege der internen Datenbank
  • Betreuung der Mieter vor Ort und Übergabe und Rücknahme von Mietflächen sowie Koordination und Steuerung externer Facility-Management-Dienstleister
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Mieterkorrespondenz sowie Organisation sämtlicher objektrelevanter Unterlagen und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Koordinierung der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung, Wartung und technische Optimierung der gebäude-technischen Anlagen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung aus der Immobilienbranche mit und/oder in der Betreuung von technischen Dienstleistern
  • Du bringst Spaß am Vertrieb mit
  • Erste Projekterfahrung von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Professionelle Umgangsformen und eine sehr hohe Serviceorientierung gehören zu Deinen Stärken
  • Im Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen fühlst Du dich sicher
  • Du verfügst über eine gute Ausdrucksweise
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und zeichnest Dich durch eine eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und Engagement runden Dein Profil ab
