Deine Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Mieterkorrespondenz sowie Organisation sämtlicher objektrelevanter Unterlagen
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Mitarbeit bei operativen sowie vertrieblichen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Urlaubsvertretung und Krankheitsvertretung für Kollegen
  • Betreuung der Mieter vor Ort/Ansprechpartner für Mieterangelegenheiten
  • Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen mit Interessenten
  • Unterstützung sowie Durchführung von Übergaben und Rücknahmen von Mietflächen
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Facility Management Dienstleister in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kollegen vor Ort
  • Reporting und Pflege der internen CRM-Datenbank (Sugar)

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung aus der Immobilienbranche mit und in der Betreuung von technischen Dienstleistern
  • Du begeisterst Dich für den Vertrieb
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Professionelle Umgangsformen und eine sehr hohe Serviceorientierung gehören zu Deinen Stärken
  • Im Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen fühlst Du dich sicher
  • Du verfügst über eine gute Ausdrucksweise
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und zeichnest Dich durch eine eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und Engagement runden Dein Profil ab
