Deine Aufgaben

Als Regional Sales Manager betreust du eine unserer 4 Regionen und berichtest an den Head of Sales. Du bist für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Vertriebsaktivitäten der Region West verantwortlich. Für die optimale Betreuung der Business-Parks sollte sich dein Wohnsitz im Kölner Großraum befinden.

  • Du hast die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von deinem Sales-Team in deiner Region West (Anzahl Business Parks Region West: 22 Standorte; Mitarbeiter:innen 19; wovon 12 Kollegen an deinen Area Sales Manager berichten, der ebenfalls an dich berichtet
  • Motivation, Weiterentwicklung, Training und Coaching der Liegenschaftsmitarbeiter durch regelmäßige Mitarbeitergespräche und Zielvereinbarungen
  • Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen den Liegenschaften und dem Headoffice, als auch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und dem Head of Sales
  • Du unterstützt deine Sales Manager bei Verhandlungen mit Key Accounts (Großmietern) und Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
  • Planung, Steuerung und Controlling des Vermietungsgeschäftes mehrerer Sirius Business Parks sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Vertriebs- und Marketingstruktur
  • Budget-, Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung – Du kümmerst Dich um die Erreichung der KPIs Deines Teams
  • Projektmanagement bei schwer vermietbaren Flächen und notwendigen Investitionen
  • Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes und aktueller Trends sowie Networking
  • Vertriebsadministration, Reporting und Pflege der internen CRM-Datenbank

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit; Erfahrungen im Bereich Real Estate sind ein nice to have aber kein Muss
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits Personalverantwortung übernehmen und bist ein leidenschaftlicher Teamplayer und liebst es, mit Menschen zu arbeiten
  • Als Organisationstalent behältst du stets den Überblick
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und Engagement runden dein Profil ab
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, unabhängig und genießt zudem regelmäßigen Austausch mit deinen Vertriebskollegen - Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebskollegen zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele
  • Der Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen sowie CRM fällt dir leicht
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit
