Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenakquise & Beratung: Du bist der erste Kontakt für unsere Kund*innen und begleitest sie vom Erstgespräch bis zum Vertragsabschluss. Du baust Deinen eigenen Kundenstamm auf und entwickelst ihn kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Vertragsmanagement & Umsatzsteigerung: Du gestaltest Angebote, führst Vertragsgespräche und identifizierst aktiv Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Potenziale, z. B. für zusätzliche Services oder längere Buchungen.
  • After-Sales & Kundenbetreuung: Nach der Buchung bist Du Ansprechpartner*in für Fragen, Änderungen oder zusätzliche Services und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung.
  • Reklamations- und Problemlösungsmanagement: Du bearbeitest Beschwerden und Reklamationen professionell und leitest gegebenenfalls Optimierungen ein.
  • Interne Koordination & Schnittstellenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Operations, Marketing, Technik und Facility Management zusammen, um Buchungen optimal umzusetzen und interne Prozesse zu verbessern.
  • Reporting & CRM-Nutzung: Du pflegst alle Aktivitäten in unser CRM-System ein und stellst sicher, dass Deine Pipeline stets aktuell ist.

Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung – alternativ mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Account Management oder in der Eventbranche von Vorteil – Quereinsteiger*innen mit Vertriebsleidenschaft sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.
  • Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Vertrieb und Freude daran, Kund*innen zu gewinnen, zu binden und Potenziale auszuschöpfen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein professionelles Auftreten.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Verkaufsstrategien, Marktmechanismen und Kundenbedürfnisse.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce, Amadeus Delfi) und MS Office; Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) ist ein Plus.
  • Eigeninitiative, Ergebnisorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
