Du får ansvaret for vores e-mail og SMS-kanal, som allerede leverer hver måned, og skal løfte den til næste niveau: fundamentet, automatiseringer, teknik og analytics bliver dit. Du arbejder tæt med marketing om content og kampagner, og refererer til vores Head of Marketing som den ottende i teamet.

Om rollen

Du kommer bl.a. til at arbejde med:

  • Flows & automations – welcome, browse- og cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, fødselsdag og transaktionelle flows
  • Segmenter, lister & datamodel – drive segmentstrukturen, RFM og sikre at data fra Shopify og andre kilder spiller sammen
  • Kunderejser – kortlægge kundens liv med os og omsætte det til triggers og proaktive touchpoints
  • Teknisk drift & deliverability – SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation og list hygiene, så vores mails lander, hvor de skal.

Om dig

  • Du har min. 2–4 års erfaring med Klaviyo eller lignende, og har selv bygget flows og segmenter fra bunden
  • Du er tryg ved data og finder selv svaret i stedet for at bede om en rapport
  • Du er struktureret, teknisk stærk og arbejder tæt sammen med kollegaer på tværs af marketing, e-commerce og kundeservice
