We're GrowthSchool. And we built Outskill.

GrowthSchool started with one belief: you learn a skill fastest from the person actually doing it. So we partnered with the top 1% of instructors to build high-impact, cohort-based courses in personal and professional growth for learners around the world and used AI to make that learning personal at a scale a classroom never could.

Then AI changed what "upskilling" even means. Roles started getting rewritten faster than curriculums could keep up, and the real divide stopped being skilled versus unskilled. It became AI-ready versus not.

So we built Outskill, our AI education arm, to close that gap, practical, implementation-first AI training for professionals, teams and enterprises.Today Outskill is one of the largest AI education companies in the world: 20M+ learners across 160+ countries, and programs running everywhere from individual upskilling to enterprise AI transformation.

Our mission: Make 100 million people AI-ready by 2028.

What that actually feels like day to day: we're 300+ people, moving at a speed that surprises most people who join us. Products ship in weeks, not quarters. There's no thick layer of process between an idea and it going live. You'll own things visibly bigger than your title. Some experiments will fail publicly, and we'll talk about them openly on Monday.

About the Role

Outskill is building at the intersection of AI and education. Hyderabad is already an important sales powerhouse, and the next 6-8 months require a leader who can turn rapid hiring into durable revenue capacity. This is not a conventional center-management role. It is an opportunity to build a flagship revenue hub with end-to-end commercial and organizational accountability.

What You'll Be Own

  • Revenue delivery and the leading indicators across the Hyderabad sales funnel.
  • Center P&L, resource allocation and the tradeoffs between growth, productivity and quality.
  • Sales productivity: conversion, ramp, manager effectiveness, forecast quality and revenue per seller.
  • The organization design and leadership bench required to scale from approximately 60 to 200+ people.
  • A clear operating cadence across daily execution, weekly reviews, monthly planning and performance correction.
  • A high-standard culture grounded in candor, learning velocity, ownership and responsible customer outcomes.
  • Cross-functional execution with Talent, People, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Personally owned a meaningful revenue target and the levers beneath it; not only a support function or delivery team.
  • Led a high-velocity sales organization through a material scale transition, ideally across multiple management layers.
  • Produced measurable productivity gains using funnel diagnosis, manager effectiveness, coaching, incentives and operating cadence.
  • Built or upgraded a leadership bench while maintaining performance during change.
  • Made P&L or unit-economic decisions under growth pressure and can explain the tradeoffs numerically.
  • Operated with high field proximity: can move between dashboard, manager room and sales floor.
  • Demonstrated integrity, customer responsibility and the ability to raise standards without creating fear or political behavior.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • AI or education category familiarity.
  • Experience opening or scaling a new city/site.
  • Direct ownership of recruiting operations at 100+ annual hires.
  • Experience in founder-led companies or highly ambiguous zero-to-one-to-ten environments.
