Estamos procurando Analista de Gente e Gestão – Departamento Pessoal para se juntar à equipe do Grupo Sistel Energia Confiável na cidade de Bauru, SP. 🚀

Objetivo: Executar atividades e as rotinas da área de Administração de Pessoal, compreendendo cadastro na folha de pagamento, conferência, lançamento e controle dos benefícios, lançamento e controle de ponto, elaborar relatório, registrar dados e informações estatísticas do departamento, prestar suporte e orientações aos colaboradores de acordo com as políticas e diretrizes estabelecidas pela empresa.

Você terá como desafio:

  • Administrar planos de saúde: inclusão, exclusão e emissão de boletos;
  • Gerir termos, solicitações e movimentações dos benefícios;
  • Lançar admissões;
  • Realizar cálculos de adiantamento, férias e rescisões;
  • Realizar cálculos de folha mensal, 13º e especiais;
  • Lançamento de Pagamentos no ERP;
  • Controlar documentação de estagiários e contratos;
  • Cadastrar e manter atualizado o espelho de ponto;
  • Acompanhar e tratar inconsistências de ponto eletrônico;
  • Apoiar gestores e colaboradores em dúvidas sobre o ponto eletrônico;
  • Realizar providências e controle de afastamentos;
  • Envio de documentações fiscais trabalhistas para recebimento fiscal.

Para a atividade é necessário ter:

  • Curso Técnico ou Graduação concluída em Contabilidade, Administração de Empresas, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office Avançado;
  • Conhecimento e Habilidade com ferramentas e softwares de gestão de desempenho;
  • Conhecimento em legislação previdenciária e trabalhista;
  • Conhecimento em Sistema integrado (ERP) – SAP e Sênior
  • Experiência prévia na área.
