Observações:A Gerencia de Planejamento Financeiro é a responsável pela análise e controle dos investimentos dos recursos financeiros, fluxo de caixa, empréstimos e financiamentos das Entidades Nacionais do Sistema Indústria. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnálise e controle de investimentos, através de estudos técnicos e evidências, com recomendação de alocações de recursos e orientação técnica, acompanhar indicadores macroeconômicos, normativos e de mercado financeiro, traduzindo impactos para a estratégia de investimento das entidades;Elaborar estudos técnicos, relatórios gerenciais e executivos sobre investimentos, empréstimos e temas correlatos, visualizações em painéis para suporte de decisões. Construir e manter dashboards de performance, automatizar rotinas de consolidação e validação de dados;Elaborar orçamento das receitas financeiras a partir de cenários e premissas, integrando dados de investimentos e fluxo de caixa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação AcadêmicaGraduação completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlacionadas. Experiência ProfissionalAnálise e controle de investimentos para pessoas jurídicas (renda fixa, renda variável, fundos de investimentos, previdência privada. Conhecimentos EspecíficosMercado Financeiro; Controle e acompanhamento de pagamentos e recebimentos; Cálculo de juros, amortização de empréstimos e atualização monetária de valores; Análise e interpretação de dados financeiros.[Desejáveis] Formações, Conhecimentos e/ou ExperiênciasPós-graduação completa em Economia e Mercado de Capitais; Experiência em modelagem de dados, com Excel avançado e/ou Power BI; Construção de dashboards para análises gerenciais e suporte à tomada de decisão; Experiência com a plataforma Comdinheiro, aplicado à área de investimentos; Utilização de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (IA) para otimização de atividades e processos do dia a dia.Informações adicionaisInformações de contratação:Contrato de trabalho por tempo indeterminado - CLT.Trabalho presencial no escritório da CNI, em Brasília/DF.Horário das 9h às 18h, 40h semanais, com banco de horas.Nossos principais benefícios:Auxílio crecheAuxílio filho com deficiênciaPlano de Saúde (Abrangência Nacional)Plano de Previdência PrivadaPlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaVale-Alimentação e/ou RefeiçãoVale-Transporte
