SiteCover søger en salgs- og projektchef, der kan drive processen fra første kundedialog til opstart på byggepladsen. Du bliver den kommercielle nøgleperson, der forbinder kunder, rådgivere og entreprenører med en unik løsning, som forandrer byggebranchen.

Om stillingen

Som salgs- og projektchef får du ansvaret for hele forløbet fra henvendelse og tilbudsgivning til kontraktforhandling og overlevering til montage. Rollen kombinerer teknisk salg, projektforståelse og forhandling på højt niveau med fokus på at sikre en professionel og værdiskabende kundeoplevelse.

Du bliver en central del af SiteCovers vækstrejse. Efter Kirk Kapitals opkøb i 2025 er virksomheden i gang med at skalere, udvide organisationen og styrke den kommercielle struktur. Din rolle bliver afgørende for at omsætte den stigende efterspørgsel til realiserede projekter.

Dine ansvarsområder

• Modtage og kvalificere forespørgsler samt udarbejde tilbud og skitser i AutoCAD

• Afholde møder med bygherrer, rådgivere og entreprenører og præsentere løsninger og value propositions

• Forhandle kontrakter på større byggeprojekter (AB18), herunder tidsplan, betalingsbetingelser og risikofordeling

• Planlægge og lede opstartsmøder samt sikre en smidig overdragelse til montage- og produktionsteams

• Repræsentere SiteCover professionelt på byggepladser og projektmøder

• Implementere og vedligeholde CRM-system samt skabe struktur i salgsarbejdet

Din profil

• Baggrund fra byggebranchen, fx bygningskonstruktør, ingeniør, projektleder eller teknisk sælger

• Dokumenteret erfaring med kontraktforhandling og projektstyring af større byggesager

• Kendskab til AB18 og erfaring med risikovurdering

• Kan udarbejde skitser i AutoCAD på tilbudsniveau

• Stærke kommunikative evner på dansk og engelsk

• Relationsstærk, struktureret og robust – du kan både skabe tillid hos bygherrer og navigere i komplekse byggeprojekter
