The Opportunity

As a Salesforce Administrator II, you operate at the intersection of enterprise architecture, automation, and customer delivery. You are not a traditional “click-only” administrator: you are a technical problem solver who understands system logic, designs enterprise-grade automations, and can bridge the gap between declarative configuration and custom code.

You will partner closely with Solution Engineers, Architects, and Developers to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Sitetracker and core Salesforce platforms, thriving in a hybrid Kanban environment that balances feature work with high-velocity support.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will engage directly with international stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical design specifications, designing and maintaining fault-tolerant Salesforce Flows and scalable security architectures. Going beyond standard administration, you will actively configure and tune Salesforce AI systems, perform complex data transformations, and leverage your foundational Apex literacy to independently troubleshoot issues using system debug logs. Ultimately, you will apply a strong understanding of architectural boundaries to determine when solutions require modular, declarative automation versus custom code, ensuring robust, prompt-driven, and highly secure workflows across the enterprise.

The Skills You’ll Have

  • Technical Aptitude, Security & AI

Expertise in Flow Builder, AI system configuration, Data Security, and declarative troubleshooting. Verifiable experience configuring AI systems and understanding sharing architecture, OWDs, and complex permission sets.

  • Proactive Communication

Excellent oral and written skills to drive ticket momentum and explain technical limits to non-technical teams. Proven ability to provide unprompted ETA updates and set clear expectations, preventing stakeholder escalations.

  • Work Management

High ability to context-switch and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to balance ongoing feature projects with urgent, high-priority Kanban support tickets while consistently delivering quality work on time.

  • Ecosystem Knowledge & Certifications

Foundational Salesforce platform knowledge and ongoing learning. Practical experience heavily outweighs certifications, but Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder is preferred.

Within 90 Days, You’ll

  • Achieve 80% billable utilization, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Read and trace existing custom Apex logic in client orgs to understand current-state architecture.
  • Translate complex customer business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Within 180 Days, You’ll

  • Manage configuration tasks across multiple projects concurrently.
  • Build and deploy modular sub-flow architectures independently.
  • Train others on how to use and configure the Sitetracker product.

Within 365 Days, You’ll

  • Lead small to medium-sized implementations end-to-end, from solution design and requirements gathering to training and go-live.
  • Make critical implementation decisions autonomously, fully understanding the impact on existing code and automations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
