Responsabilidades e atribuições:

- Produzir textos instrutivos e consistentes de acordo com a necessidade do sistema desenvolvido na empresa, em conjunto com o time de UX;

- Definir e solidificar os padrões e fluxos para o conteúdo de interface;

- Colaborar com designers, produtos, operações e tecnologia para entender as necessidades e garantir uma experiência consistente para o cliente;

- Trabalhar para melhorar a experiências do produto através da criação de textos que tenham relevância e que sejam úteis para os usuários completarem as tarefas que precisam executar;

- Documentar novas funcionalidades para o usuário;

- Contribuir com a organização das informações das telas do sistema e criação de telas;

- Criar fluxo de funcionalidades com base na experiência do usuário.
