Job Description

Mantener una cartera sana, a través de la recuperación del saldo vencido con Clientes que presentan un atraso en los pagos en cualquiera de los productos financieros que ofrece Grupo Coppel, así como brindar apoyo en entregas de estados de cuenta y confirmación de información del Cliente, brindándole un acompañamiento integral y constante.

Responsibilities

• Identificar dentro del área que le corresponde atender, Clientes con atrasos en sus cuentas, con la intención de dar un seguimiento puntual, realizar convenios de pago y/o recibir abonos que permitan ponerse al corriente con su cuenta. • Confirmar la dirección y datos de cada Cliente que solicita crédito para cualquiera de los servicios financieros del grupo, con la intención de garantizar la fidelidad de los datos y con ello se pueda realizar un mejor análisis y respuesta a la solicitud de crédito. • Entregar de manera oportuna los estados de cuenta, promociones y periódico Coppel a los Clientes, así como orientación con base en las necesidades que exprese, brindando con ello una mayor satisfacción con los servicios del Grupo. • Entregar los abonos recibidos y/o convenios realizados con los Clientes al Jefe de Operación Cobranza, para que estos sean capturados en el sistema y se actualice la información de su cuenta al final del día. • Realizar la promoción del Crédito Coppel y/o BanCoppel, invitando a las personas a realizar la solicitud de crédito, ampliando con ello la cartera de Clientes para el Grupo. • Recoger en los casos necesarios, los artículos que presenten un atraso de pago según lo especificado en las políticas internas, y que permitan una recuperación parcial del saldo vencido. • Capturar en sistema los resultados operativos generados manualmente por los Supervisores y Gestores Extrajudiciales cuando no cuenten con herramienta digital para gestionar.
