Job Description

Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de recepción, carga, despacho y entrega de mercancía, garantizando la eficiencia operativa, la integridad del inventario y el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega, bajo estrictos estándares de seguridad y servicio al cliente.

Responsibilities

• Validar la integridad física y documental de la mercancía recibida , asegurando la detección oportuna de discrepancias contra documentos de embarque. • Gestionar el flujo de mercancía en zona de andenes, asegurando la trazabilidad documental desde la recepción hasta la entrega a operadores para garantizar inventarios en tránsito confiables. • Coordinar las maniobras de carga y descarga, asegurando el estibado correcto y la protección de la carga, garantizando el cumplimiento de las ventanas de salida de rutas locales y foráneas. • Documentar y gestionar el cierre de actas por irregularidades , realizando el seguimiento con las áreas correspondientes hasta su resolución final. • Verificar la integridad de sellos y cinchos de seguridad contra bitácora previo a la apertura de unidades, garantizando la cadena de custodia y deslinde de responsabilidades. • Asegurar la continuidad operativa del Centro de Distribución en ausencia de la Gerencia, manteniendo los niveles de servicio y el cumplimiento de procesos institucionales. • Evaluar el desempeño del personal, mediante el seguimiento a bitácoras de actividades y KPIs de productividad para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos. • Controlar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la flota, asegurando la disponibilidad de las unidades y la optimización de los costos de operación. • Monitorear y reportar los indicadores clave de desempeño de distribución • Supervisar el uso correcto del equipo de protección personal y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad en maniobras para prevenir accidentes laborales. • Colaborar en la planeación y optimización de las rutas de reparto para reducir tiempos de traslado y consumo de combustible.
