Además, trabajamos activamente en la generación de comunidad alrededor del deporte recreativo, creando espacios de encuentro que promuevan la diversión, la inclusión y el disfrute del ciclismo para todos. Hoy contamos con un portafolio de bicicletas de ruta, gravel, montaña y accesorios, y estamos construyendo el camino para convertirnos en la marca referente de bicicletas y deporte outdoor en Latinoamérica.

Descripción del cargo:

El Asesor Comercial es responsable de acompañar al cliente durante todo su proceso de decisión. Su objetivo no es presionar una venta, sino entender la necesidad real del ciclista y guiarlo con criterio.

La mayor parte del tiempo atenderá de forma virtual, pero debe poder brindar una experiencia igualmente clara y profesional cuando la atención sea presencial. Este rol combina comunicación, organización y conocimiento profundo del producto para generar confianza.

Responsabilidades del cargo:

  • Atender leads digitales y realizar seguimiento organizado dentro del CRM.
  • Perfilar clientes y clasificar correctamente la información en bases de datos.
  • Acompañar el proceso de decisión del cliente con criterio técnico y claridad.
  • Mantener comunicación escrita y verbal clara, empática y profesional.
  • Preparar y realizar asesorías presenciales cuando se requiera.
  • Estudiar constantemente el portafolio hasta dominarlo completamente.
  • Apoyarse en herramientas de IA para mejorar respuestas y eficiencia.
  • Mantener orden en tareas, conversaciones y oportunidades comerciales.

Requisitos:

  • Alta capacidad de comunicación y escritura.
  • Inteligencia emocional para entender al cliente y generar confianza.
  • Manejo organizado y metódico de CRM y seguimientos.
  • Presentación personal impecable.
  • Interés por aprender profundamente sobre el producto.
  • Afinidad por tecnología y uso criterioso de herramientas de IA.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial en Bogotá.
  • Horarios de Lunes a Sabado y Domingos de 8am a 1pm de manera rotativa.

Compensación:

  • Salario fijo: $1.848.000 COP (con todas las prestaciones de ley) + comisiones por resultados comerciales sin techo.
