Für unsere Gruppe suchen wir einen Head of Group Accounting & Reporting (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte oder Remote, der Verantwortung übernimmt und die weitere Entwicklung aktiv mitgestaltet.

WAS DU BEI UNS MACHST

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Group Accounting Teams sowie der regionalen Finanz- und Shared-Service-Einheiten
  • Verantwortung für monatliches Finanzreporting, Konzernabschluss nach IFRS sowie gruppenweite Accounting Policies und das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS)
  • Steuerung von Treasury, Liquiditäts- und Cash-Flow-Planung sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für CFO, Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und weitere relevante Stakeholder
  • Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung von Finanzprozessen, Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie Verrechnungs- und Transfer-Pricing-Strukturen, einschließlich Unterstützung von Budget- und Forecastprozessen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an M&A, Post-Merger-Integration und strategischen Finanzprojekten, einschließlich ERP-Transformationen, Cash Pooling sowie Integration neu erworbener Gesellschaften

WIE DU UNS BEGEISTERST

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in Rechnungswesen, Konsolidierung und Konzernabschlüssen nach IFRS, vorzugsweise im mittelständischen Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Entwicklung leistungsstarker Teams
  • Analytische und systemische Stärke sowie Hands-on-Mentalität zur nachhaltigen Optimierung und Skalierung von Prozessen und Strukturen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine positive, engagierte und gestaltungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
