Unser Team unterstützt strategisch relevante Transformationsprogramme im Bereich der Schweizer Zahlungsinfrastruktur und stellt die Qualität geschäftskritischer Plattformen und Prozesse sicher. Als Teil unseres Teams arbeitest du eng mit Stakeholdern aus Business, IT und Management sowie mit externen Partnern zusammen, um die Systemlandschaft erfolgreich und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du verantwortest die übergreifende Teststrategie für komplexe Transformations- und Migrationsprogramme und stellst deren Umsetzung sicher
  • Du stellst die Qualität von End-to-End-Prozessen, Schnittstellen und Datenmigrationen über Applikations- und Lieferantengrenzen hinweg sicher
  • Du koordinierst verteilte Testteams, schaffst die wesentlichen Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche Testdurchführung und stellst einen abgestimmten Testverlauf über alle beteiligten Parteien hinweg sicher
  • Du steuerst interne und externe Partner anhand von vereinbarten Ergebnissen, Qualitätskriterien und Meilensteinen
  • Du identifizierst und steuerst Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Eskalationen und schaffst transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Stakeholder auf Managementebene

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Testmanagement komplexer IT- und Transformationsprogramme. Idealerweise hast du Plattform- oder Infrastrukturmigrationen im Finanzumfeld begleitet, insbesondere in den Bereichen Payments oder Kartenverarbeitung
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Test- und Qualitätsmanagement sowie in End-to-End-, Integrations-, Migrations- und Abnahmetests
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung verteilter Teams sowie im Stakeholder- und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Du überzeugst mit ausgeprägter Ownership und bewegst dich sicher in einem Multi-Vendor-Umfeld
  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch
