Gemeinsam gestalten wir die Zukunft des Bezahlens in der Schweiz. Unsere Plattformen verarbeiten unterschiedlichste Zahlungsmittel und schaffen die Basis für innovative Services, sichere Transaktionen und digitale Bezahlerlebnisse.

Die IT übernimmt die Verantwortung über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus. Du führst ein agil arbeitendes Team aus Java-Softwareentwicklern, Testexperten und Requirements Engineers zum Erfolg. Als Product Owner bist du verantwortlich für das Anforderungsmanagement und deren Lieferung in Form von Software Releases. Durch den DevOps-Ansatz gewährleisten wir die hohe Stabilität unserer Services.

Offenheit, Zusammenarbeit und eine positive Fehlerkultur sind uns besonders wichtig. Möchtest du im PO- und Leadership-Team Verantwortung übernehmen?

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für ein Scrum-Team in der Rolle des Product Owners
  • Proaktive Mitgestaltung der Roadmap und Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären agilen Setup
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Umsetzungsziele hinsichtlich Zeitplan, Kosten und Qualität eingehalten werden
  • Auf- und Ausbau der Methodenkompetenz in unterschiedlichen Bereichen wie Softwareentwicklung, Architektur und Qualitätssicherung

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung (Universität, Hochschule oder Höhere Fachausbildung)
  • Ausgeprägte DevOps-Kompetenzen und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Aufgrund deiner früheren Tätigkeiten bist du bestens vertraut mit der Rolle des Product Owners. Führungserfahrung ist ein Vorteil.
  • Teamplayer, der Ideen einbringt und Arbeitsergebnisse gerne präsentiert
