Looking for a part-time job with consistent hours and weekly pay?

Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Porter / Housekeeper to help keep a large retail store clean, safe, and ready for customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for weekend work, a second job, or extra income.

Location: Richfield, MN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

  • Weekly Pay on Friday

Shift Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday
  • 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • 16 Hours Per Week
  • Consistent Weekend Schedule!

What You'll Do

  • Clean and maintain restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum store areas
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Clean entrances, breakrooms, and common areas
  • Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely
  • Follow daily cleaning assignments and schedules

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and cleaning throughout the shift
  • Must be at least 18 years old
