Vi søger én medarbejder til afvejning, klargøring og varm produktion hos en fødevarevirksomhed i Glostrup.

Du bliver en del af den daglige produktion, hvor nøjagtighed, kvalitet og sans for smag er vigtigt. Du behøver ikke være faglært kok – det vigtigste er, at du har forståelse for madlavning og arbejder omhyggeligt.

Om jobbet Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være at: – Afveje og klargøre råvarer efter opskrifter og produktionsordrer. – Medvirke ved produktion af mad i større gryder. – Følge opskrifter og sikre, at mængder og fremgangsmåder overholdes. – Smage på fødevarer og færdige retter som en del af kvalitetskontrollen. – Holde orden og følge gældende hygiejneprocedurer. – Samarbejde med kolleger om at sikre en stabil produktion og ensartet kvalitet.

Om dig Vi forestiller os, at du: – Har forståelse for madlavning og gerne praktisk erfaring fra eksempelvis køkken, kantine eller fødevareproduktion. – Arbejder præcist og har øje for detaljer. – Kan læse og følge opskrifter og produktionsordrer. – Tager ansvar og arbejder omhyggeligt. – Er indstillet på fysisk arbejde og praktiske produktionsopgaver. – Kan og har lyst til at smage på alle virksomhedens fødevarer og retter, da det er en fast del af kvalitetskontrollen. Du behøver ikke have en kokkeuddannelse eller et svendebrev. Din forståelse for madlavning, din omhyggelighed og din indstilling til arbejdet er det vigtigste.
