The posting

Är du en erfaren reskontraekonom som trivs i en bred roll med ansvar för både leverantörs- och kundreskontra? SJR söker en erfaren AP/AR Specialist för ett konsultuppdrag hos ett internationellt industribolag. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med önskad start så snart som möjligt, dock senast den 23/11. Uppdraget löper initialt i 6 månader med goda möjligheter till förlängning. Du utgår ifrån kunden kontor som är belägen i norra Stockholm tre dagar i veckan, medan resterande två dagar har du möjlighet att arbeta på distans.

Om tjänsten

I rollen ansvarar du för både leverantörsreskontra och kundreskontra med fokus på att säkerställa effektiva, korrekta och välfungerande betalningsflöden. Du arbetar brett inom reskontraprocesserna och har många kontaktytor, både internt och externt. Du blir en del av en mindre ekonomifunktion och arbetar nära redovisningsansvarig samt övriga kollegor inom finans. Rollen erbjuder en varierad vardag med stort eget ansvar och många kontaktytor, både internt och externt.

Ansvarsområden

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar:

  • Hantering och registrering av leverantörs- och kundfakturor
  • Konto- och betalningsavstämningar
  • Uppföljning av förfallna kundfordringar
  • Påminnelse- och kravhantering
  • Löpande kontakt med kunder, leverantörer och interna intressenter
  • Medverkan i förbättrings- och effektiviseringsarbete inom ekonomiprocesserna

Lämplig bakgrund

Vi ser gärna att du har eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi med praktisk erfarenhet av både AP och AR. Du har god systemvana och erfarenhet av Microsoft Dynamics AX och Medius är särskilt meriterande. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Personliga egenskaper

Vi söker en person som är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande. Du arbetar självständigt, tar egna initiativ och har god förmåga att planera och prioritera ditt arbete. Vidare är du kommunikativ och trivs med att samarbeta med många olika kontaktytor. Du har lätt för att skapa goda relationer, kommunicerar tydligt och trivs med att samarbeta nära kollegor i en mindre ekonomiavdelning.
