The posting

SJR söker för vår kunds räkning en projektadministratör till ett konsultuppdrag i Göteborg. För att vara aktuell för rollen behöver du ha erfarenhet av att arbeta i projektverksamhet samt ha arbetat i affärssystemet Maconomy.

Uppdraget passar dig som vill kombinera administration och ekonomi i en bred roll med många kontaktytor. Uppdraget startar i mitten av November och löper initialt under sex månader, med god möjlighet till förlängning/anställning. Tjänsten är på heltid och utgår från kundens kontor i Göteborg.

Om tjänsten

I rollen som projektadministratör arbetar du nära projektledare, chefer och andra stödfunktioner. Du ansvarar för att de administrativa och ekonomiska flödena i projekten fungerar smidigt och korrekt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar: • Fakturahantering och kontering • Registrering och administration av projekt i Maconomy • Uppföljning av projektunderlag och ekonomisk information • Uppdatering och administration av prislistor • Säkerställa att deadlines hålls och att projektdata är korrekt registrerad • Administrativt och ekonomiskt stöd till projektledare • Löpande kontakt och samarbete med interna funktioner

Du blir en del av ett större team där samarbete, struktur och service står i fokus.

Lämplig bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av både projektadministration och ekonomiadministrativa arbetsuppgifter.

För att vara aktuell för rollen är det ett krav att du: • Har arbetat i en projektbaserad verksamhet • Har erfarenhet av affärssystemet Maconomy • Har erfarenhet av fakturahantering, kontering eller liknande ekonomiadministrativa arbetsuppgifter • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Som person är du strukturerad, noggrann och serviceinriktad. Du trivs med många kontaktytor och har lätt för att skapa ordning och driva ditt arbete framåt. Vidare är du prestigelös, ansvarstagande och tycker om att arbeta tillsammans med andra för att skapa effektiva arbetssätt och hög kvalitet.
