Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Testmanagement für diese neue Geschwindigkeit neu denkt: KI-gestützt, agentisch automatisiert und dennoch jederzeit nachvollziehbar und unter menschlicher Kontrolle. Gemeinsam mit unseren AI-Engineering- und Governance-Teams baust du bei SKAD ein neues Beratungsfeld auf, für Kunden, bei denen Fehler keine Option sind.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Verantwortung unseres Beratungsfelds KI-Testautomatisierung, inklusive Angebotsentwicklung und Presales
  • Entwicklung von Strategien und Reifegradmodellen für KI-gestützte und agentische Testautomatisierung
  • Generierung von Testfällen, Testdaten und Skripten aus Anforderungen mittels GenAI sowie Integration in CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Absicherung KI-generierter Ergebnisse durch Qualitäts-Gates, Human-in-the-Loop und Audit-Trails
  • Testmanagement komplexer Transformationsprojekte im Einklang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. DORA, EU AI Act)
  • Fachliche Führung interner und externer Testteams

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement oder Quality Engineering
  • Praxis mit mindestens einem Automatisierungsframework (z. B. Playwright, Tosca) und gängigen ALM-Tools
  • Technisches Verständnis von LLMs, RAG und KI-Agenten sowie deren Grenzen
  • Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern, idealerweise mit Netzwerk in Financial Services oder Public Sector
  • ISTQB-Zertifizierung wünschenswert
  • Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar; sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
