Unser Mandant ist ein familiengeführtes Bauunternehmen mit fast hundert Jahren Tradition. Aus einem ursprünglich auf den Straßenbau spezialisierten Betrieb hat sich eine Unternehmensgruppe mit rund 1.000 Beschäftigten entwickelt. Unter ihrem Dach arbeiten elf eigenständige Gesellschaften an insgesamt 16 Standorten. Das Leistungsspektrum ist breit: Es reicht vom Tief- und Straßenbau über Ingenieur- und Brückenbau, schlüsselfertigen Hochbau und Gebäudesanierung bis zu Abbrucharbeiten, der Produktion und Montage von Betonfertigteilen, der Gewinnung und Aufbereitung von Rohstoffen sowie dem Recycling von Schüttgütern. Im Infrastrukturbereich realisiert die Gruppe außerdem Projekte im Bahnbau und im Hochwasserschutz. Als wichtigsten Erfolgsfaktor sieht das Unternehmen das Fachwissen und den Einsatz seiner Mitarbeitenden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie ermitteln Massen und Mengen als Grundlage für die Abrechnung.
  • Sie nehmen erbrachte Leistungen auf und rechnen die Baumaßnahmen ab.
  • Bei der Abrechnung stützen Sie sich sowohl auf Planunterlagen als auch auf Aufmaße direkt auf der Baustelle.
  • Sie kontrollieren die eingereichten Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen von Subunternehmern.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein Studium im Bau- oder Vermessungswesen absolviert, eine Ausbildung als Bau- bzw. Vermessungstechniker (m/w/d) abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung aus dem Bauumfeld mit.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst und schätzen zugleich die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits mit dem Abrechnungsmodul von BRZ gearbeitet.
