Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Bauleiter Hochbau (m/w/d), der anspruchsvolle Bauvorhaben eigenständig steuert und deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung aktiv mitgestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Hochbauprojekte während der Ausführungsphase
  • Koordination und Führung von Nachunternehmern, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Überwachung von Bauzeiten, Projektkosten und Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Ausführung sowie der Einhaltung geltender Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Behörden, Fachingenieure und interne Projektteams

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare bautechnische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung im Hochbau, idealerweise im schlüsselfertigen Bauen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der VOB sowie der relevanten technischen Regelwerke und Vorschriften
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
