Unser Mandant ist ein bundesweit tätiges Bauunternehmen mit klarem Fokus auf den Ingenieur- und Infrastrukturbau. Zu seinem Portfolio zählen prominente Großvorhaben im Schienen- und Verkehrswegebau in mehreren deutschen Metropolen, also Projekte, die die Mobilität von morgen maßgeblich prägen. Zur Verstärkung des Teams sucht das Unternehmen eine erfahrene Führungskraft für die Baustelle, die diese Infrastruktur der Zukunft aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie organisieren den gesamten Ablauf auf der Baustelle und halten als treibende Kraft die Arbeiten vor Ort in Bewegung.
  • Ihre gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden sowie die beteiligten Nachunternehmer führen Sie und planen deren Einsatz.
  • Im Kontakt mit Bauherren und Behörden stehen Sie der Bauleitung unterstützend zur Seite, nehmen an Baubesprechungen teil und führen das Bautagebuch.
  • Sie ermitteln den Materialbedarf und kümmern sich um Bestellung, Überwachung und Disposition sowie um Anlieferung und Rücktransport.
  • Die Qualität der Ausführung behalten Sie genau im Auge und sorgen für die konsequente Umsetzung der Vorgaben zu Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Ausbildung und/oder eine Fortbildung zum Geprüften Polier, Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d).
  • Eine Baustelle zu leiten, die Mannschaft zusammenzuhalten und sämtliche Gewerke zu koordinieren, ist für Sie gelebte Praxis.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig, sind mit vollem Einsatz dabei und fühlen sich sowohl auf der Baustelle als auch im Team in Ihrem Element.
  • Ihre Berufserfahrung möchten Sie gewinnbringend einbringen; PC und Tablet nutzen Sie sicher, ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist vorhanden.
  • Sie sind bereit, an wechselnden Einsatzorten tätig zu werden.
