Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir für unseren Mandanten einen Projektleiter (m/w/d) im schlüsselfertigen Hochbau.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle schlüsselfertige Hochbauprojekte von der Planung bis zur Abnahme und Mängelbeseitigung
  • Betreuung der Bauherren sowie Abstimmung mit Behörden, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Technische Klärung, Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Führung und Koordination der Baustellenteams unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Projektabwicklung einschließlich Kalkulation, Kostenkontrolle und Ergebnisverantwortung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit baufachlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bau- oder Projektleitung im schlüsselfertigen Hochbau, idealerweise bei Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation, VOB, Ausführungsplanung und im Vertragswesen
  • Erfahrung in der Vergabe und Verhandlung von Nachunternehmerleistungen sowie in der wirtschaftlichen Projektsteuerung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
