Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst Planung und Ausführung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, den Sonderanlagenbau in den Gewerken HLSK und EMSR sowie Planungsleistungen gemäß HOAI.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie leiten die Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte in den Gewerken Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär und tragen die technische wie kaufmännische Verantwortung für Ihre Baustellen, einschließlich Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz.
  • Sie entwickeln Bauzeitenpläne, sorgen für deren verlässliche Einhaltung und planen den Einsatz von Personal, Material, Nachunternehmerleistungen und Betriebsmitteln.
  • Kosten, Qualität und Fristen haben Sie stets im Blick, bearbeiten Nachtragsforderungen und setzen Verbesserungspotenziale um.
  • Aufmaße, Leistungsermittlungen und die Abrechnung Ihrer Projekte erstellen Sie eigenverantwortlich.
  • Sie führen die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort, fördern deren jährliche Qualifizierung und sind zentrale Schnittstelle für alle internen und externen Beteiligten.

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Heizungs-, Lüftungs- oder Sanitärtechnik, Ingenieurstudium (m/w/d) oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Erste Praxis in der Steuerung von Projekten sowie Grundlagenwissen in VOB, HOAI und den relevanten Normen und Regelwerken
  • Strukturierter, effizienter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil, verbunden mit hohem Engagement und Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsgefühl, Durchsetzungsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
