Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Recruiting bekommst Du bei uns die Möglichkeit, echte Einblicke in die Welt der Personalberatung zu sammeln, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv an unserem Wachstum mitzuwirken.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Kandidatensuche bis zur ersten Kontaktaufnahme
  • Identifikation und Ansprache geeigneter Fach- und Führungskräfte über verschiedene Recruiting-Kanäle
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Kandidatenprofile sowie Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Stellenanzeigen sowie Unterstützung bei Recruiting-Projekten
  • Mitwirkung bei administrativen Aufgaben und organisatorischen Themen rund um das Recruiting

Ihr Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), aus einem beliebigen Studiengang mit Interesse an Personalthemen, Kommunikation und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Interesse am Recruiting, Personalwesen und an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine offene und sympathische Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Interesse an digitalen Recruiting-Tools
