The posting

About the Role

Our client, a growing technology consultancy, is seeking a motivated QA Intern to join its Quality Assurance team. This is a structured, supervised learning role that builds a strong foundation in software quality assurance: the practices, tools and professional behaviours that underpin successful software delivery.

The intern works alongside experienced QA professionals, engineers and business analysts, gaining hands-on exposure to real projects with regular feedback and mentoring. The focus is on learning and capability development. Work is limited to clearly defined tasks, with guidance available throughout, and the role carries no delivery accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support testing and quality activities under guidance, including test execution, test automation, test data preparation and documentation updates.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining test artefacts, including test cases, automation scripts, test notes and defect records.
  • Execute clearly defined test scenarios and accurately record results.
  • Learn and apply established QA processes, tools and standards.
  • Shadow experienced QA team members to understand QA practice across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Raise questions, gaps and issues promptly, and actively seek feedback.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong interest in software quality assurance and test automation.
  • Willingness to learn and to work within structured direction.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, processes and standards.
  • Professional conduct, reliability and respect for confidentiality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
