SkandiaMäklarna Estepona växer, och vi söker nu en driven fastighetsmäklare som vill bygga sin karriär i premiumsegmentet på Costa del Sol. Vi förmedlar exklusiva bostäder till köpare från hela världen och är en del av SkandiaMäklarna, ett av Nordens mest välkända mäklarvarumärken med kontor i Sverige, Spanien och Portugal.

Hos oss kommer du till ett litet, vasst team med ovanligt tung erfarenhet. Tillsammans har vi mer än 30 år bakom oss som mäklare i Estepona, och den lokala kunskapen är själva grunden i allt vi gör. Vi tror på starka varumärken, riktig lokalkännedom och förstklassig service i varje affär.

Om rollen

Som mäklare hos oss arbetar du med hela affären, från första kundkontakt till avslut och tillträde. Du värderar, listar och säljer premiumbostäder i och runt Estepona, bygger relationer med köpare och säljare, och representerar SkandiaMäklarna på en marknad där förtroende är allt.

Du får ett etablerat varumärke i ryggen, erfarna kollegor som hjälper dig framåt och inkommande leads från vår marknadsföring, så att du kan lägga din tid på det som skapar affärer.

Vem vi söker

  • Du har erfarenhet från mäklaryrket och förstår hur en bostadsaffär fungerar. Du behöver inte vara senior med en färdig pipeline, men du ska ha jobbat på en mäklarbyrå tidigare.
  • Du talar flytande svenska, spanska och engelska. Alla tre språken krävs.
  • Du har god lokalkännedom i Estepona och området runt omkring.
  • Du har körkort och tillgång till egen bil.
  • Du är självgående, serviceinriktad och trivs i en miljö där du äger ditt eget resultat.
