Haemme korjaamotoiminnan ammattilaista Skanska Infran raskaan kaluston varikolle Nurmijärvelle

Toimipisteesi sijaitsee Nurmijärven Karhunkorvessa, jonka lisäksi liikut säännöllisesti työmaillamme ja yhteistyökumppaneidemme luona. Työsuhteesi on vakituinen ja aloitus on sovittavissa joustavasti.

Roolisi kalustopäällikkönämme

Vastaat siitä, että Skanska Infra Oy:n rakennustyömaiden käytössä on turvallinen, toimintavarma ja kustannustehokas kalusto sekä toimivat tukipalvelut. Yksikkömme kalustoa käytetään laajasti esimerkiksi väylä-, silta-, tunneli- ja pohjarakentamisessa.

Johdat raskaan kaluston varikkomme päivittäistä toimintaa vastaten kaluston, koneiden ja laitteiden tehokkaasta käytöstä ja korkeasta käyttöasteesta. Toimit varikon ja korjaamon huoltotyöntekijöiden esihenkilönä varmistaen, että tiimilläsi on mahdollisuus sujuvaan työskentelyyn.

Lisäksi uudistamme varikko- ja korjaamotoimintaamme vastaamaan liiketoimintamme tulevaisuuden tarpeita. Tässä sinulla on merkittävä rooli:

  • osallistut investointien, hankintojen ja kalustokehityksen suunnitteluun
  • ohjaat varikkotoiminnan taloutta ja tunnistat kehitysmahdollisuuksia
  • kehität toimintaa digitalisaation, tiedolla johtamisen ja uusien teknologioiden avulla IT-ammattilaistemme tuella
  • varmistat hyvän yhteistyön eri liiketoimintayksiköiden, projektien ja kumppanien kanssa.

We are looking for an Equipment Manager to lead the daily operations of Skanska Infra’s heavy equipment depot in Nurmijärvi. In this permanent role, you will ensure that our construction projects have access to safe, reliable and cost-efficient equipment, supervise the maintenance team, manage the depot’s finances and equipment utilisation, and develop operations through digitalisation, data and new technologies.

We expect relevant experience in heavy equipment management or maintenance leadership, strong people management and IT skills, fluent Finnish, and good English skills. Please apply by 25 October 2026 and include your CV and salary expectations.
