Haemme vastaavaa työnjohtajaa, työmaainsinööriä ja työnjohtajaa infrarakentamisen hankkeisiin

Yksikkömme ydinosaamista ovat teollisuuskohteet, betonitunnelit, parkkihallit ja energiarakentaminen. Urakoimme useilla eri urakkamuodoilla: muun muassa kokonais- ja yksikköhintaurakoilla, yhteistoiminnallisina hankkeina sekä laskutyöurakoina asiakaslähtöisesti.

Viimeaikaisia kohteitamme ovat esimerkiksi sähköaseman rakennus Kuopiossa, lannoitevaraston korjaus Uudessakaupungissa, vesilaitossaneeraus Helsingissä sekä lukuisat teollisuusrakentamisen projektit metsäyhtiöille, datakeskusoperaattoreille sekä sähkölaitoksille.

Työsuhteet ovat vakituisia ja kokoaikaisia. Haemme henkilöitä hankkeisiin, jotka sijaitsevat Etelä-Suomessa (1,5-2h säteellä Helsingistä).

1) Roolisi vastaavana työnjohtajanamme

Johdat sinulle nimettyä työmaata vastaavana työnjohtajana. Tehtävässä sinulla on kokonaisvastuu hankkeen toteutuksesta. Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä oman työmaaorganisaatiosi ja aliurakoitsijoidemme kanssa varmistaen, että työmaa etenee turvallisesti, laadukkaasti, kustannustehokkaasti ja ajallaan.

2) Roolisi työmaainsinöörinämme

Vastaat monipuolisesti esimerkiksi aikataulu-, kustannus- ja laadunhallinnasta ja dokumentaatiosta.

3) Roolisi työnjohtajanamme

Työnjohtajana vastaat itseohjautuvasti sinulle nimettyjen työvaiheiden etenemisestä. Huolehdit erinomaisilla vuorovaikutustaidoillasi, että työvaiheet toteutetaan turvallisesti, kustannustehokkaasti, laadukkaasti ja sovitussa aikataulussa.

Mitä toivomme sinulta?

  • soveltuvaa rakennusalan korkeakoulutusta (esim. AMK, DI tai teknikko)
  • työnjohtaja ja työmaainsinööri: edellä mainittujen osa-alueiden kokonaisvaltaista hallintaa ja kokemusta vaativissa infrakohteissa/teollisuuskohteissa
  • vastaava työnjohtaja: kokemusta vastaavan työnjohtajan tehtävästä infrarakentamisessa vähintään 3 vuotta
  • kykyä ja halua varmistaa turvallinen tapa työskennellä
  • sujuvaa suomen kielen taitoa
  • koet arvomme omiksesi ja haluat edistää niitä omassa työssäsi.

Tämän lisäksi katsomme eduksi, jos sinulla on poikkeuksellisen vaativa/vaativa betonirakentamisen pätevyys tai kokemusta siltarakentamisesta.
