Young Professionals Program

For å gi deg en best mulig start på karrieren, blir alle nyutdannede en del av vårt Young Professionals Program (YPP).

Gjennom dette introduksjonsprogrammet får du innsikt i Skanskas virksomhet og arbeidsmetoder, blir kjent med vår kultur, og bygger verdifulle relasjoner med andre nyutdannede på tvers av fagområder og enheter. Målet er å gjøre overgangen fra studier til arbeidsliv både trygg, lærerik og inspirerende.

Bygg

Du vil være med å bygge boliger, kontorbygg, skoler og sykehus. Du vil være tilknyttet vårt distriktskontor i Bergen og arbeide på et prosjekt i nærheten. Du jobber vanlig arbeidsuke.

I tillegg til entreprenørvirksomheten, har vi spesialistselskaper innen boligutvikling, grunnarbeid, tekniske installasjoner, masseflytting, maskinutleie, modulbygging, stålkonstruksjon, oppmåling og geologi.

Vi er en prosjektbasert organisasjon og har virksomhet der oppdragene finnes. Vi har også faste kontorer i de fleste større byene i Norge.
