Vi söker dig som är elektriker och som trivs med en varierad roll där du får använda både din tekniska kunskap och din serviceförmåga.

Hos oss blir du en viktig kontaktperson för våra kunder och ansvarar för att planera, administrera och följa upp olika elrelaterade uppdrag. Du arbetar nära kunderna genom hela processen, från behovsanalys och rådgivning till genomförande och uppföljning. Du har ett operativt tekniskt ansvarig över elverksamheten.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Planera och administrera kunduppdrag, inklusive att starta arbetsorder och beställa material. Genomföra arbetsberedningar och säkerställa ett effektivt genomförande. Hantera order-, retur- och säljadministration. Ge rådgivning och service inom eltjänster och elansvar. Utföra servicearbeten ute hos kund vid behov. Ha löpande kundkontakt via telefon och personliga möten. Följa upp kunduppdrag och säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet. Arbeta i verksamhetssystem för dokumentation och administration.

Är det dig vi söker?

Vi söker dig som är elektriker och har erfarenhet av rollen som ledande montör eller arbetsledare inom bygg eller industri. Du trivs och vill utvecklas i rollen som ledare och engagerar och uppmuntrar dina kollegor. På Rental har vi ett högt säkerhetstänk och där ser vi givetvis att du delar våra värderingar. Du är van att arbeta mot kunder och är serviceinriktad och affärsmässig i dina kontakter.

För den här rollen behöver du:

B-körkort ECY-certifikat Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift Erfarenhet av rollen som ledande montör eller arbetsledare inom bygg eller industri Meriterande om du också har något av följande: A eller AL behörighet, kunskaper i BlueBeam, Coredination, Infobric eller EQM.
