Var med och bygg en ny sluss i Lilla Edet

Region Väg och anläggning Väst består av erfarna och drivna kollegor med höga ambitioner att utvecklas och växa. Som ett led i vår fortsatta utveckling har vi tecknat avtal med Trafikverket om projektering för en ny sluss i Lilla Edet. Senast en slussanläggning byggdes i Göta Älv var 1916, vilket gör projektet både historiskt och tekniskt komplext. Vi söker nu en produktionschef som vill spela en viktig roll i genomförandet av detta unika projekt.

I rollen som produktionschef får du en nyckelposition där du leder arbetet inom mark- och ledningsblocket tillsammans med ett engagerat team. Du skapar struktur och tydlighet i både teknik och ekonomi och använder vår samlade kunskap för att forma lösningar som håller över tid. Du samarbetar nära projektledning, kunder och konsulter och bidrar till en inspirerande miljö där människor kan trivas och utvecklas.

Dina styrkor i rollen

Du är en trygg och tydlig ledare som får människor att växa genom samarbete, struktur och öppen kommunikation. Du trivs när du får skapa ordning, hålla ihop flera delar och driva arbetet mot tydliga mål. Med ditt ansvarstagande och din utvecklingsvilja bygger du en arbetsmiljö där människor utvecklas och projektet rör sig framåt på ett hållbart sätt.

Det här behöver du ha med dig:

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av ledande roll i väg- och anläggningsprojekt
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet som produktionschef inom mark- och VA-projekt, gärna med erfarenhet av totalentreprenader
  • Förståelse för projektgenomförande inom ekonomi, planering, arbetsmiljö, hållbarhet och teknik
  • Ingenjörsutbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet inom relevant område
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
  • B-körkort och tillgång till bil

Det är meriterande om du har arbetat i större infrastrukturprojekt eller i komplexa anläggningsuppdrag med många kontaktytor, gärna i samarbeten med Trafikverket.
