Läser du till högskoleingenjör och vill forma din framtid med oss redan innan examen?

Skanska P³ riktar sig till dig som studerar till högskoleingenjör inom bygg och anläggning, infrastruktur samt industriell ekonomi. Du söker under andra året på din utbildning och går sedan programmet parallellt med ditt sista utbildningsår.

Studentprogrammet ger dig ett händelserikt år där både sommarpraktik och exjobb ingår. Tillsammans med deltagare från hela Sverige får du ta del av inspirerande aktiviteter där lärande, personlig utveckling och nätverkande står i fokus. Allt för att du ska få de bästa förutsättningarna att fortsätta utvecklas med oss efter examen!

Är du vår nästa programstudent?

För att vara behörig till Skanska P³ påbörjar du ditt sista utbildningsår till högskoleingenjör hösten 2027 och är i fas med dina studier så att du kan ta din examen våren 2028.

Under programåret deltar du på plats vid både programträffar och sommarpraktik. För att du ska kunna tillgodogöra dig programmets innehåll behöver du kunna prata, skriva och förstå svenska obehindrat.

För att vi skall kunna matcha dina intressen med rätt verksamhet inom Skanska och säkerställa att du är behörig vill vi veta:

  • vilken skola och utbildning du går på
  • när du planerar att ta din examen
  • vilken ort du önskar för sommarpraktik och anställning efter examen

Du kommer också att få bifoga ditt CV tillsammans med aktuellt resultat- och registreringsintyg från Ladok, så ha dessa till hands. I stället för personligt brev kommer du att få besvara ett antal frågor om vad som intresserar dig och vad som motiverar dig med vardagen som ingenjör hos oss.

Senast den 28 februari kommer du att få veta om du har blivit antagen till Skanska P³.
