Som hantverkare hos kommer du att få arbeta med flera olika moment. Du är en nyckelperson och lagspelare som är med och bidrar till framgångsrika projekt med nöjda kunder.

Tjänsten bjuder på variationsrika arbetsdagar i olika byggprojekt med stora möjligheter att utveckla dina yrkeskunskaper. Du kommer att arbeta i ett team där alla har en viktig uppgift, att utföra sina arbetsuppgifter på ett så bra sätt som möjligt och alltid med fokus på säkerhet och produktivitet. Som hantverkare hos oss är du en viktig del i vår verksamhet.

Är du vår nya kollega?

Vi söker dig som är trä och betongarbetare och har minst 3 års erfarenhet samt yrkesbevis och är trygg i din yrkesroll. Du bör ha dokumenterad erfarenhet av trä, armering och betongarbeten.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du kunna läsa och förstå byggnadsritningar, och du har goda kunskaper i svenska – både i tal och skrift.

Byggbranschen står inför stora förändringar och har du lätt för att använda och lära dig nya digitala hjälpmedel så ser vi det som en styrka.

Du är en lagspelare som förstår vikten av samarbete för att uppnå framgångsrika projekt. Det är också viktigt att du är ansvarstagande och är en god representant för Skanska och våra värderingar. Du är positiv som person och ser möjligheter i stället för hinder. Du är självgående, har intresse för hållbart byggande och får saker gjorda. Vidare tvekar du inte att komma med idéer om du ser att något kan göras bättre, säkrare och effektivare. Du är inkluderande och känner en stolthet i ditt arbete och ser ditt bidrag i projektet.
