The posting

Skanska ble i 2023 tildelt kontrakt for bygging og drift og vedlikehold på OPS Hålogalandsvegen for Statens vegvesen. Prosjektet er et offentlig-privat samarbeid, også kalt OPS. Strekningen er en del av transportforbindelsen mellom Lofoten, Vesterålen, Harstad/Narvik lufthavn og E6. Totalt skal det bygges 82 kilometer ny vei, herunder 27 kilometer gjennom i alt sju tunneler. Det skal bygges 35 kilometer vei i dagens veilinje, mens 20 kilometer bygges som ny vei. I tillegg skal det bygges 22 broer i veglinja og i tillegg et betydelig antall mindre konstruksjoner, kulverter mm. I tillegg til å bedre trafikksikkerheten, vil prosjektet korte ned reiselengden og redusere reisetiden betydelig. Skanska har ansvar for drifts- og vedlikeholdskontrakten i en 15-årsperiode fra ferdigstillelse av bygging. Veien blir åpnet i to omganger, den første delen på ca 27 km blir åpnet høsten 2026 og drift- og vedlikehold vil løpe fra dette åpningstidspunktet. Skanska har inngått kontrakt med Svevia Norge som vil utføre mange av driftsoppgavene.

Rollen som Driftsleder Elektro og Automasjon er å sørge for at anlegget driftes og vedlikeholdes slik at alle krav gitt i kontrakten, håndbøker, instrukser, kravspesifikasjoner og beskrivelser knyttet til Elektro og Automasjon oppfylles.

Ansvar i stillingen

  • Følge opp drifts og vedlikeholdsrutiner på elektro og automasjon
  • Styre driftsentreprenør elektro og automasjon
  • Bidra til rapportering på kontraktskrav til kunde
  • Økonomioppfølging iht budsjett for drift og vedlikehold
  • Følge opp kundens SHA plan
  • Rapporterer til Prosjektleder drift og vedlikehold

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Fagbrev elektriker eller automasjon, gjerne i kombinasjon med høyere utdannelse
  • God forståelse for kontraktsarbeid og økonomistyring
  • Strukturert og vet hva som kreves for å sikre både driftseffektivitet og kvalitet i leveransene
  • Fordel med god generell kjennskap til anleggsbransjen
  • Fordel med erfaring fra drift og vedlikehold.
  • Fordel med kjennskap til forvaltningsprogrammene, blant annet Plania, Brutus, ELRAPP og lignende
  • Fordel med erfaring med Statens vegvesen sine handbøker for drift og vedlikehold
