Skanskas anleggsvirksomhet har fått mange nye og spennende prosjekter og ser behov for å utvide og styrke faggruppen innenfor vår tunnelproduksjon Vi søker nå etter dyktige og motiverte personer til stilling som Prosjektleder.

Anlegg – Region Samferdsel og Energi

Vi har oppdrag over store deler av Norge og har spennende prosjekter innenfor vei, bane, tunnel, kraft/energi. Funksjonærene våre har en viktig rolle i prosjektene for å levere sikker og effektiv produksjon og vi har behov for erfarne Prosjektledere.

Ansvar og oppgaver for Prosjektledere

  • Økonomi og budsjett i prosjektet
  • Fremdrift og kvalitet
  • Overordnet oppfølging av kontrakt og samarbeid med byggherre
  • Lede prosjektteamet og koordinering av fagene
  • Etablere god HMS kultur
  • Proaktiv håndtering av risiko og avvik
  • Sikre at prosjektets målsetting innenfor bærekraft nås

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Relevant utdanning innen bygg, ingeniørfag eller økonomi og ledelse
  • Erfaring kan kompensere for manglende formell utdannelse
  • Solid erfaring fra store, komplekse byggeprosjekter
  • Erfaring med å lede tverrfaglige prosjektorganisasjoner
  • Gode norskkunnskaper, skriftlig og muntlig
  • Interesse og fagkompetanse innenfor tunnel
