Die Städtische Klinikum Braunschweig gGmbH ist das Krankenhaus der Maximalversorgung für die Region Braunschweig und mit 1.499 Planbetten eines der größten Krankenhäuser in Deutschland. Mit 21 Kliniken und zehn selbstständigen klinischen Abteilungen sowie sieben Instituten wird nahezu das komplette Fächerspektrum der Medizin abgedeckt. Pro Jahr werden fast 50.000 Patienten stationär und mehr als 200.000 Patienten ambulant behandelt.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

  • Vorbereitung, Assistenz und Nachbereitung bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Eingriffen auf wechselnden Funktionsbereichen
  • Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Überwachung von Patientinnen und Patienten vor, während und nach diagnostischen oder invasiven Maßnahmen sowie qualitätsgesicherte Pflegeüberleitung und Schnittstellenmanagement
  • sichere Bedienung, Pflege und Aufbereitung von medizinischen Geräten und Instrumenten
  • eigenständige Durchführung von fachspezifischen Funktionsuntersuchungen (z. B. Blutentnahmen, EKG, Lungenfunktionstests, Probenverarbeitung und -versand).
  • sorgfältige und qualitätsgesicherte Leistungs- und Befunddokumentation sowie organisatorische Mitgestaltung der Untersuchungsabläufe
  • zielorientierte, professionelle und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit in wechselnden, fachübergreifenden Teams
  • aktive Mitwirkung an der strukturierten, pool- und funktionsspezifischen Einarbeitung sowie Einbringen von fachübergreifenden Erfahrungsimpulsen zur kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung

Voraussetzungen

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r (MFA) oder Arzthelfer/in (m/w/d)
  • großes Interesse an medizinisch-technischen Abläufen, Diagnostik und Interventionen bei einem Maximalversorger.
  • praktische Berufserfahrung als MFA (z. B. im Klinikbetrieb, in einer Facharztpraxis, Ambulanz oder Diagnostik)
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen, bedarfsorientierten Einsätzen in den unterschiedlichen Funktions- und Diagnostikbereichen
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse bzw. sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen und Krankenhausinformationssystemen
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an den im Funktionsbereich üblichen Arbeitszeit- und Dienstmodellen (wie z.B. Schichtdienst und ggf. auch Rufbereitschaft).
  • Teamfähigkeit und Selbstständigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie eine situativ angemessene, einfühlsame und professionelle Kommunikation
  • schnelle Auffassungsgabe
