OM JOBBET

Som Assistant Store Manager hos SKECHERS får du medansvar for butikkens resultater. Du kommer til at arbejde med alt fra kundeservice, lagerstyring, visuelle standarder og salgstal. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du er god til at holde fokus, og vi ser gerne, at du har tidligere erfaring fra butiksarbejde. Vi søger dig, der er fuld af energi og motivation – du ser dig selv som en stærk teamplayer og med en stor vilje til at lykkes!

Du kommer til at indgå i et tæt samarbejde med Store Manageren, og du vil have det daglige drifts- og ledelsesansvar, når Store Manager er fraværende.

OM DIG

· Du er uddannet indenfor detailhandlen, gerne fra sko- eller sportsbranchen.

· Du har en naturlig interesse i at opnå stor produktviden og være ambassadør for SKECHERS mange fantastiske produkter.

· Med din gode energi og imødekommenhed tager du godt imod kunderne og giver dem den gode shoppeoplevelse.

· Du er serviceminded, engageret og dedikeret til at skabe gode salgsresultater.

· Du tager medansvar for, at butikken altid tager sig godt ud.

· Du er ambitiøs, målrettet og stræber efter selv at blive Store Manager en dag.

· Du er en teamplayer, en god kommunikator og udviser stort ansvar.

· Du er fleksibel og indforstået med butiksarbejdstider og med weekendarbejde hver anden weekend.

· Du taler ubesværet dansk og engelsk.
