Description:Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Manager (M/F/X)Luxembourg | Permanent Contract | Hybrid Working | International EnvironmentTake the lead in driving demand generation for a growing European group!Our client is an established European group specialising in digital infrastructure and data centres, with a strong presence across key Northern European markets.Operating in a sector driven by cloud computing, artificial intelligence and digital sovereignty, the group is accelerating its growth and strengthening its commercial and marketing strategy.The ambition? To turn demand generation into a powerful driver of business growth.To support this next stage, we are looking for an experienced professional who combines technical expertise, strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.Your Challenge:Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will take ownership of B2B demand generation across several European markets.As the key marketing expert within your scope, you will work independently while collaborating closely with international Sales and Operations teams.Your key responsibilities:Define the Go-to-Market strategy: identify priority markets, customer segments and target accounts, tailoring positioning and messaging to each market.Audit and optimise the marketing ecosystem: improve tracking, lead attribution, HubSpot integrations and visibility across the conversion funnel.Drive acquisition and brand visibility: manage the website, content and multichannel campaigns, including SEO, SEA, GEO, LinkedIn Ads and email marketing.Build a high-performing demand generation engine: implement targeting tools, data enrichment solutions and marketing automation, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and performance.Own marketing performance: analyse results, optimise budgets and increase qualified lead generation and conversion into commercial opportunities.Collaborate internationally: support Sales teams, coordinate customer events and contribute to the group's strategic discussions.Your Profile:You ideally bring 5 to 8 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Marketing Operations, within a B2B technology environment.You have strong hands-on expertise in digital acquisition, tracking, analytics, CRM and marketing automation.
